After the tragic loss of his wife, failed and reclusive director Max decides to make a fresh start in a small seaside town, with his main focus being on building a better relationship with his son. However, his son Eddie is increasingly drawn into the dangerous underbelly of the town, getting involved in drugs, casual sex, and gang violence.Despite Maxs efforts to connect with Eddie, the divide between them seems to widen.
