Vasu, a promising medical student, becomes a hero when he saves one of his patients from a violent attack. However, his joy turns to despair when he discovers that his pregnant wife has been kidnapped. The abductors demand the patient he saved as ransom for her safe return, putting Vasu in an impossible situation.
