A tense confrontation unfolds between a group of girls enjoying a night out and a local gang of punks, resulting in the punks swearing vengeance. Their retaliation takes a horrifying turn with the gang violently assaulting a young mute girl, Heather, triggering her older sister Brenda to embark on a relentless quest for justice. Armed with bear traps and a crossbow, Brenda transforms into a formidable vigilante determined to track down the gang. Meanwhile, a teenage vigilante seeks retribution against a brutal gang who not only raped her disabled sister but also tragically ended the life of her closest friend.
